Love Ko Jewelry started, and still runs, out of our own home in Atlanta, Georgia. That's given us so much creative freedom, but it also means we don't have the industrial ventilation or large enough workspace to safely produce every design ourselves.

All of our Gold and Silver jewelry bases are produced by our partner suppliers who specialize in metalwork. And any Enamel design not shown being made on social media requires professional-grade ventilation, and is hand-painted by trusted partners we've carefully chosen for their craftsmanship.

What never changes is our involvement in every step: we oversee production and personally inspect every item before it reaches you. Whether a piece is made fully in-house or with the help of our partners, it carries the same care, standards, and love that built our brand.

We'd rather tell you this outright than let you wonder. Transparency matters to us as much as the jewelry does.

Protect your piece by avoiding excess water, hard scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.

If cleaning is required, we recommend using warm water and mild soap to gently clean your piece.

We typically take 2–3 business days to make and prepare your order. During busy seasons or holiday rushes, slight delays may happen. But please know that our tiny but mighty team is working hard behind the scenes!

Your order will be dispatched as soon as all items are carefully made and prepared. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with all the details. Delivery timing will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
